Save Our Water
We opposed House Bill 363 and Senate Bill 203, which transfer the NPDES permitting authority from OEPA to ODA. These bills, however, were both passed in December 2009. Our next effort is an attempt to reverse the process at the federal level by having letters of concern sent to Lisa Jackson (administrator US EPA) requesting a review of the transfer. Please help us keep Ohio waterways safe by writing your letter of concern.
